With an on-site full service pharmacy, Optimal Health conveniently provides clients with low cost medications, nutritional supplements and medical supplies. Our patients can avoid long lines at pharmacies by receiving their prescriptions during their appointments or receiving medications directly to their home through our free delivery service. As an added benefit, a clinical pharmacist is involved in each patients’ care plan. The clinical pharmacist works directly with our patients’ Primary Care Physician (PCP) and other professionals on their healthcare team to ensure that they’re receiving adequate care that will lead to the best health outcomes. Our clinical pharmacists provide one-on-one Medication Therapy Management consultations with patients to help resolve any barriers, increase adherence and optimize therapy regimen.
